- A deposit of 20% is required at booking
- Full payment is due before the trip start date
- Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed
- Additional fees may apply for certain services
4. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by tour and are specified at the time of booking. Generally:
- Flexible bookings: Full refund up to 24 hours before
- Moderate bookings: Full refund up to 7 days before
- Strict bookings: 50% refund up to 14 days before
- Non-refundable bookings: No refunds
5. Travel Documents
You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents, including:
- Passport with adequate validity
- Required visas and entry permits
- Vaccination certificates where required
- Travel insurance documentation
6. Liability
We act as an intermediary between you and travel service providers. We are not liable for:
- Acts or omissions of third-party providers
- Weather-related disruptions
- Personal injury or property damage during tours
- Force majeure events
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our platform, including text, images, and logos, is our property or used with permission. You may not use our content without authorization.
