100%Full refund if cancelled at least 7 days before the experience starts.
Strict
50%50% refund if cancelled at least 14 days before the experience starts.
Non-Refundable
0%No refunds for any cancellations. Often comes with discounted pricing.
How to Cancel a Booking
Log into your account
Access your Wanderlust account from any device
Go to My Trips
Find your booking in the upcoming trips section
Select Cancel Booking
Review the refund amount based on the policy
Confirm cancellation
Refund will be processed within 5-10 business days
Special Circumstances
In cases of extreme weather, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events, we may offer full refunds or free rebooking regardless of the cancellation policy. This is evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
We also recommend purchasing travel insurance for additional protection.
